An outline of what the book “No Paradox – Living Both In and Outside Of the Matrix”, is about

The book is about consciously evolving our consciousness.  It offers a theory, explores states of consciousness, and suggests tools.

The idea is that using all of this through awareness & conscious intention, we can become more objective, and thus handle life more easily, plus gradually learn to create it as we would wish it to be.

What if there were no paradoxes? What if everything was simply as it is in order to enable conscious life to exist, and to allow us all to experience our unique lives here as broadly as we choose to?

First set of Quotes from “No Paradox …..”

“If we accept that opposites (or gradations of circumstances, or differences in ways of being) are all part of the same hologram of life (just as we need different shades and colours to make up a picture), then we can see that we need all those aspects to make up our world.”

“While understanding that we need this matrix to experience life on earth, we should also be able to enjoy a certain sense of detachment from it, and thus feel more empowered to make our own choices. We should thus come out feeling much more in control of our own personal journeys.”

“The way people behave is usually just a reflection of where they are in their journey of consciousness, what their own experiences thus far have been. We do not have to react to them, we can simply move to our own level of understanding. By observing others, we can also reflect upon our selves, and out own ways of being.”

“Some things seem to be viewed in similar ways by many people, and I think we should take another look at these and truly question them. In our search for our own truth we need to ensure that we are not acting like sheep, merely following the herd behaviour.
One of these areas is that things are often regarded as opposites, things like black and white, day and night, light and dark, are obvious examples. A more open view might say they are opposite sides of one coin. I would go a little further and suggest to you that they are actually part of the same thing. Just as the coin cannot exist without its two sides, I would suggest that our world cannot exist without these so called opposites because they give us a spectrum to exist in, a matrix, or framework, that stretches between the two extremes (or polarities) to include every variation of light and shade that we sense or experience in-between.”

“If you know who you are then your ego feels safe instead of fearful, and is more open to exploration.”

“I would like to show that we can become so much more through awareness. That is why I speak of conscious evolution. If we understand ourselves, how we think and react, why we do things… Then we can work out how to think more constructively, act more usefully, do things more easily, become more of the person we really want to be deep down inside.”

“So for me the essence of life is very simple. It is just this, awareness that allows us to trust in our own truths (without feeling any need to convince others), living gracefully amidst the chaos, maintaining a sense of balance (not being pulled around by the supposed opposites or false paradoxes), and being able to choose how we direct our lives.”

The Universal Game

What would you say

if you were asked to play

this game called life?

Would you agree to be birthed,

to come down to earth

with all its woes and strife?

Could you really have known what it’s like?

Would you have thought you could sort it all out,

or would have just done it for a laugh?

Would you have realised there was enough

beauty and goodness to balance it off,

make it an amazing experience?

If you could remember –

you must have thought it was some kind of adventure

or at least a worthwhile choice to make

or there’s surely no way you’d have entered this game

filled with extremities of love and pain,

and you probably wouldn’t want to do it again…..

but in the first sleep of death,

after rejoining our soul group, and a period

of review and reflection, I think we forget,

before we awake to a wider perspective

and set off to explore other directions and planes,

learning & reporting back, between periods of resting,

so when the time comes around

to journey back down,

we are ready to try once again…….

but I wonder, will we ever remember

that it’s a study and growth opportunity,

so that we don’t overreact to the immersion?

We are scouts of consciousness itself,

examining the outer fringes of universal expansion

and at the same time expanding from within.

Each time the soul goes home

we realise we are never alone, there, here, or anywhere.

We expand and circulate creatively together,

along with a multitude of evolving species,

feeding back to, and validating, the widening consciousness,

preventing the universe from collapsing on itself.
